Are there any all-inclusives outside of the Caribbean area? Are there any affordable (under $8K) all-inclusives in Europe?

look into Club Med. They ahve resorts all around the world.

There are not many all inclusives in europe. Infact there is something called european all inclusive which they even use this term at caribbean hotels, which means you only receive breakfast for free. The hotels we stayed at in europe were not all inclusive but they did provide free breakfast, but i think you had to pay extra for this anyways so you still pay for it but probably less expensive
there are some out there, not sure what their prices are though.
