Does anyone know if you can get a refund if you prepaid for an all-inclusive resort (the all-inclusive fees)? Playing it by ear with this whole swine flu thing and we already prepaid our mexican resort all-inclusive fee to get all the nice perks. Now I'm worried and thinking we might need to change. If anyone knows if you can get a refund please let me know! Thanks a bunch!

did you book with a TA? if so i would call them tomorrow just to ask. Also did you get travelers insurance? if so then you shouldn't really have a problem

No I didn't go through a travel agent because it's booked through my parents timeshare. I'm not worried about getting the room points (my parents will get those back) but I paid a good amount in separate fees for the all-inclusive part so i guess I need to call the resort and see what they say

yeah i would do it now, now would be the best time to get a discount bc of what is going on. Not sure if it will work, i read they were giving money back on flights but hotels might do this.
