My MOH is engaged and wants to get married in October 2012 or Spring 2013. She wants something that has a beach or central park like scenery. she want 150 for no more than 20,000 dollars. Can you tell me any venues that might fit this category? TIA

Having a daytime wedding will help off-set the costs. Also, if the wedding is in early April or end of March that will help save $$. October is beautiful here though.
