I started low carb monday...and I am doing pretty good so far....I know it has only been two days so far, but you gotta take it one day at a time right?

Hi girls, I just thought I would check in over here and see how everyone is doing. I am happy to say that I've lost FOUR pounds since Christmas! YAY! I'm back on the WW bandwagon and I feel SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better! Yay!

ive been motivated...all fh's family that ive seen over the holidays keep telling me ive lost weight ...cause i see them maybe 2x a year so now i must keep going and lose even more
