All Star Limos rave

This is rave about their customer service! When people do a good thing, I say, praise them!

I aplogize that this sounds like a cheesy commercial, but anyway...

I have All Star booked for my wedding. However, FH found that another company has Range Rover Sport limo and he was speechless! He not only LOVE LOVE LOVES this car, but he works for Land Rover. Having one of these at the wedding would have been a dream come true for him.

So anyway, long story short, I checked with All Star and they didn't have one and can not get one. I did find a place locally that does, but after getting a funny feeling from them, I decided not to book the Range Rover.

The thing is that Debbie at All Star was so nice and understanding, it made me want to stay with them for the same reason I booked with them... They just seem like such reliable and reputable people.

I was very nervous about picking a limo company because I know of so many bad limo stories! But I can feel more relaxed knowing that I have a company that seems so reputable!

Yes I LOVE them ~ I booked them tooo... there customer service is GREAT! We also tested them to see how good they were in december ~ coming back from our vacation we needed a ride home! ALL STAR is just AWESEOME! They were on time & they upgraded our town car pickup with a Limo pickup....

I had a bad experience with them. I was quoted around $2500 for 4 hours for a RR and 4 hours for a 14 passenger limo. It was obvious that those quotes were inflated because they didn't want me to book with them. I drove in from Brooklyn to meet with them. They probably didn't want to drive all the way to Brooklyn to pick me up. I was so upset that day and so was FH!

Hi, do you know if Debbie use to be with JAM limos. They aren't there but a Debbie use to work there and I loved her. TIA.

We booked them also. FH and I were so happy with their customer service. Can't wait to use them, I have only heard great things.

we booked them too -- because we heard such great things about them, not to mention their Antique cars were the best ones we saw!! we are excited about them too :)
