you know...just by 'timing' it right but guesstimating.....I don't want to obsess or freak out, so we are going to just try the 'old fashioned' way.....

We got preggo both times, the first time trying! My DH calls me Fertile Mrtyle...

The only thing is I haven't been able to hold the pregnancy past 6 weeks. :(

We got pregnant without any fancy gadgets, we just guestimated when I would be ovulating an BDed away. I was worried it would take a while and I would need an OPK or Fertility Monitor.

I would go for the old fashioned way before stressing out about taking temps and using OPKs and just let nature take its course. Baby Dust to you!!!

I'm not using any of those things, we just guestimate and BD during those times more than others!

I never read a fertility book, never tested my spit, never took my temp and have gotten pregnant 3x by DH. No trying just having fun He looks at me the wrong way and I get pregnant

We DID! Well I got pregnant 2x's on Orthotricyclen and took my pills perfectly so it shouldn't have been because of fault of my own, I think I had a few bad patches that went bad at our base's pharmacy, neither pregancy went farther then the 4week.

Then we decided that I would just stop taking the pill and I got pregnant the first month.

I am very regular though so I typed in my dates in yahoo pregnancy and took a chance.

I even used the bathroom right after and did everything else your not supposed to do.

We wanted to make sure we had fun and took our time. We put it in God's hands and it worked well for us. I think the lack of stress helped alot!

Now I am just praying to God, St Gerald and St. Philomena for this baby to stitck!

Um ... guys .... I am noticing a trend here. Those of us that try the HARDEST don't conceive. I'm taking this thread as a sign. No more charting, nothing...Nature, here I come. Hope your fertility rubs off on me through this keyboard!

I did some research on the baby sites with how to know when you ovulate.

All I knew was the week I was ovulating and the first month we BD every day...nothing. The second month we BD every other day...then surprise!!

DH and I let 'nature take it's course'. I didn't read about fertility or chart or anything like that. We just decided one day to stop bc and let's see what happens - within two months I was pregnant....I think I would have turned to fertility books or charting if I was having issues after more than 6 months of trying.

First try for us. I did by the Saliva ovulation test during our 'window' and it confirmed we were ovulating.
