yea I use the one here too... I LOVE IT! FH was supposed to set one up on wedding wire and we'd see what layout we liked best.. but I don't think he ever finished it.

Good thinking re: free websites - I was turned onto the others because they can be password-protected, which I like. . . but I will check these out!

I also like using other sites over theknot.com, liweddings because I wanted to post more than one picture on each page and couldn't figure out how. I made one using weebly.com but this is just a normal website building thing, it is not specifically designed for weddings. I don't know if you can password protect it though.

There are plenty of free sites you can use. Don't pay for a wedding website.
Sites like theweddingchannel.com have free wedding sites and you can always use this site to make your wedding website. I think theweddingchannel.com allows you to password protect your wedding site; I put a password on my site. But I don't remember if it was weddingchannel or the knot.

Re: All this talk about wedding websites . . .
Mine is weddingchannel and you can definately password protect. But they do limit the amount of photos you post on each page which is really annoying. I dont know if any other website does this, but wedding channel allows you to pick an organization and anyone who goes to buy you a gift through your registry WC will donate a percentage to a charity of your choice.
