All this talk of Wedding Diets and Weight Watchers...
made me sign up for WW online tonight! With almost a year to go, I realized I need to seriously get my butt moving! Wish me luck! I did the free 1 week trial--I hope I like it. I hate dieting, but I think weight watchers might be a good substitute for that!
