I need a restaurant that is either Thai, or Sushi but with other food too.....not too far downtown...and NOT CHINESE!

I recently ate at Sushi Rose - 248 E. 52nd Street
it was excellent and not too pricey!

Also, Blue Ribbon Sushi -- Japanese, Sushi
119 Sullivan St is awesome but pricey

both HIGHLY recommended!

I am dying to try - Sushi Samba 7 -- Brazilian, Japanese, Latin American, Sushi on 7th Ave but I hear its hard to get in! GOOD LUCK!

I want to also suggest Earwan on Bell Blvd in Bayside right off of Nothern Blvd.. I know its not the city but the Thai Brownie Dessert - to die for I swear !

Sushi Samba is also awesome - try and go on a Tuesday (less crowded).

I've only been to mid town but this has sushi & thai

and the dessert bento box - uhhhh. Can you tell I'm into desserts right now?
