Hi! Any Allegria brides?? I wanted to know any advice you may have for me. I don't know anyone who held their reception there. Reviews online are so mixed.

Allegria Brides??
My guest stayed there after my wedding at Bridgeview (which was amazing by the way) and every single one had a complaint. No working TV, the computer system was down so numerous people walked into rooms that were already occupied, my mom walked Into someone is the shower!! We had about 20 rooms filled and it was in March so not prime season and they couldn't get it right. Numerous guest didn't receive the hotel bags I made so I called and said I would like the bags that weren't given back, being that I paid for it and when I went to pick it up I got a plastic bag with snacks I didn't even provide. My husband was so mad he was hungry and wantd to order room service at like 2 am, they say they have 24 hr room service and no one answered the phone so he went downstairs to the lobby and stood there for 20 minutes until someone finally came out from the back. Unacceptable. I live in Long Beach and they try to portray themselves as so high class but it's not the case. I was truly disappointed and will never recommend anyone to stay there. Oh and I also know they can't pay there bills, let's just say I work for the company where they owe us a lot of money!!

I've never been there for a wedding, but I was there for dinner a few months ago, and the food was really really good, don't know how they are as far as hotel acomodations go
