Allegria Review
I told someone I would review after I went for my friend's bachelorette party but can't rem who! Anyway, please keep in mind that I feel like I have become super critical with venues since I;ve been engaged...
Pros: GORGEOUS place. The rooftop pool was open and the views up there were so pretty. Hotel staff was kind to us and helpful. We were able to check in early and first decided to lay on the beach. Someone helped us bring out the lounge chairs and towels and even came back with a menu, but it was too limited for what I was looking for. (I am picky). Room was beautiful too.
Cons: The pool was open but it was tiny! I think my expectations were higher bc I was envisioning this great pool party going on. It had all the fancy seats around it but there were mostly families up top, not quite what we were looking for. SO then we are starving and decide to go to the restaurant for lunch. It wasn't open! That really annoyed me so we went elsewhere. The air conditioning broke at some point when we were out. We came back the room was stifling! 78!! Someone came to fix and said that the vent was clogged (BS story) and cleaned it for us but the air never came back. They also don't do late check outs, which would have been convenient for us!!![]()
