allergies....eghhhhhhh

allergies are no fun. i used to have baaad allergies when i lived at ome with my mom (old house=mold). but since i moved to charlotte i have been allergy free.

i did learn that a lot of people around here eat a tablespoon of local honey a day (straight up or in tea), sorta like a vaccine for local allergies ... sounds strange, i know, but i have met a few people here that swear by it. maybe you can find some local honey by you at a health food store or farmers market and give it a shot. good luck!

is it normal to feel dizzy at times?
i feel a lot of pressure running through my whole sinus areas, even into my teeth.
what does everyone take? this is the first year i have gotten it this bad, i don't want to go to the dr, if i know there is something i can use over the counter, thanks!

I use a sinus rinse to keep the clear.... i get the pressure too, I call it bowling ball head

My husband has allergies too and like an idiot he took benedryl before going to work yesterday morning and was falling asleep the whole way to work. He almost drove off the road a couple of times. Sometimes he just doesn't think....men, what else is new.
