Does anyone take Alli the weight loss pill? Or anything similiar? Do any of those things work?
I'm talking 'work' as in w/ exercise and eating right, not a magic pill.

a few years ago i took xenadrine and i did tae bo every day and i lost about 20lbs... but once i stopped i gained everything back

with alli if you eat one bit of fatty greasy food you leak from such a not so nice place if you catch my drift.

it will work IF you can modify your diet to practically completely no fat.

my friends took it and said you basically sh*t out grease and you have anal leakage and have to wear a pad constantly...

Alli blocks the absorbtion of most of the fat in the food you eat...so instead it runs straight through you and out your behind.

I heard you just have to eat healthy. IF you even eat fatty foods then Yes you get the side effect...if I were taking this everytime I tried to put something fatty in my mouth I would think about the side effect and eat heathy..sounds like a good motivation to me.
ETA: It worked for my sister along with WW so she never had any side effects cause she ate healthy

I had a coworked who lost a lot of weigh on alli. She swears by it. She did tell me it forced her to eat really low fat foods (which is good) but if not let's just say she would spend all day in the bathroom

Not to be gross BUT when FH and I first moved in together I tried it. I had the 'leakage' overnight. I was mortified. I was so freaked out I never took it again!

i know someone who took it and they leaked like, an oily gross-ness from everywhere, even their skin
