I know a couple of girls posted that they were on the ALLI Pill I just wanted to get an update on how much weight you've loss and have the side affects been?

BUT see that whole butt leak thing is why you lose weight...honestly alli is something used for diets but its all mental, not the pill. IT says that while you are taking Alli you cant eat food with fat in it, well if ppl did that on their own they would lose weight regardless...but with this if you eat food with fat in it, then you will have leakage so i guess it scares ppl.

I agree.. tried trimspa in the past.. now I stick to eating better when I need to lose weight.. works like a charm!

Honestly though, I think you should avoid taking pills. There have been too many bad stories. I find that eating breakfast, cutting down on sugar and drinking lots of water works wonders.

OMG i tried ALLI and my advise to everyone is DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! But it this way one day on my way home for work I had to stop off at my parents to use the bathroom...
