I have no idea if they are 'in' or 'out' - I just know that I always break them within 2 days.

what about the banana clips? I used to love them. I know they are out of style but I loved how they made my hair look longer.

I think they are out of style--I just use them while in thr process of styling my hair.

try Ulta. they have a TON of 'out of style' hair clips. who cares if they're not in style? that's what I say!

Is that the same as a butterfly clip? That's what I call them!
I don't really wear them out much, usually around the house when I want to put my hair up quick for cleaning or whatnot.
I don't know if they're in style or not, but they're certainly functional! So either way I'll continue to use them!

I use the small clips to pull my hair up on the sides sometimes. Ya just gotta do it every once in a while!
P.S. there's a guy in Tri County Flea Market that sells the best clips. They're supposedly French made (that's what he told me) and they don't break!

I have a bunch all over the place too. I love them. My hair hangs usually hangs over the clip so noboy can see it! They really do work! I buy them at the dollar store!!!!

The best are the flat bottomed ones....they do not slip at all!! And mine definately bear the markings of repeated torture under the hairspray. My hair doesn't stay up in any type of hair bands, and if I leave it down it gets stringy looking in like 45 minutes. I love them!!
