Allright Need a Limo Company on the Fly - that will NOT MAKE ME COME IN TO GIVE ME A QUOTE

Long story short - FH has not accomplished this task and it is now 5 months before the wedding. I was afraid he would screw it up somehow anyway so guess who gets to book the limos? Me.
Problem: I don't have a ton of time to go out to LI (not to mention a car) to interview these guys just so they'll give me a quote. I need reasonably priced, clean reliable limo service who won't screw up my day. Any thoughts? I know Ultimate Class is a favorite here but they won't quote me on the phone. Anyone know anything about Classic Transportation? I like the idea of them because they have shuttle buses and passenger vans, which we need too.

HELP!

Maybe ultimate class will quote you through an FM from LIW?

We used Royalty. They gave us quotes over the phone and we were happy with the cars and service!

Check out M&V Limo. They have prices right on their website. They also have pics of their cars. Maybe you could get an idea off the internet if they won't tell you over the phone.

They did my friends wedding last year, and everything went very smoothy. Good Luck

Rach- Both me and my brother used Royalty and had great experiences with them. They are also a vendor on this board maybe they can help you thru forum mail. They also aren't very far out on the island - Franklin Square - I believe - so that makes the trip a little easier.

I did the Escalade and my brother did a specialty car and the Escalade.

I went to the Vendors here and posted for quotes. Most of them send me FM's w/ quotes on them.
I basically said the same thing, I didn't want to waste my time or theirs if they 1. were not in my price range and 2. could not meet my needs.

List what you're looking for, I'm sure you'll get some responses.

I posted on the Vendor board a while ago and received quotes via FM from Coachman and Royalty. We went to see them both and ended up with Coachman. You can either FM Coachman or call them and they will give you a quote. Ask for Claudia. Good Luck

Dynasty gaves us quotes immediately....they were the only ones that responded to quickly and we like them the best.

Coachman quoted over the phone and that's who I ended up going with. We hoofed it to Woodbury to see the cars and they looked fine and the guy I dealt with was the nicest and most down to earth with guy. Very fair prices for the 4 hours we are with them.

I posted a request for a quote on the vendor board and I got like 5 replies, all quotes via FM! Why dont you try that!

Ultimate Class does give quotes but if I were you< i'd research the company.
I have seen some NASTY cars out there!

We used Extravaganza Limos based in Great Neck on Northern Blvd.

We're using Royalty and I think they give quotes over the phone.

I did all my limo research on the phone. I know I got quotes from Royalty, M&V, NJL...

after I had the info, I visited the one I wanted to book (NJL)
