this may be a good DIY favor to put together. You can buy the almonds in bulk and get personalized bags/boxes to put them in. See this site for some ideas!

I don't know if your'e doing this because at least one of you is Italian, but fyi, the Italians believe there should be an ODD number of almonds for good luck. An even amount is unlucky.

There should be 5 almonds...here is the poem about almonds (PS...I never knew this b4 either! I just knew it was good luck)!
