We are so close to chosing the Bellport Country Club for the reception but I did a search here on hotels and found out that the only hotel that the BCC said will do a shuttle does not do them anymore.
Does anyone know of any hotels that offer a shuttle for the reception OR what the approx cost is to rent one?
Any help is appreciated!

I could not find a hotel that did them so I am paying $695 for a shuttle bus for 49 people

Hi! The only hotel that we knew about was the Hampton Inn (North Ocean & LIE). Don't remember what they quoted us.
We called Coloniel Transportation in Sayville and got prices from them. Prices weren't that bad - we decided that we weren't going to do transportation for the fact that about of people we had staying at the hotel wasn't worth getting anything.

I believe Courtyard Marriot on the LIE does shuttles there... call Suzanne 631.612.5002

I got shuttles for my wedding from my limo company. We got 1 van (seats 14 people) for before & one for after the wedding. It cost us about $300 for both. The woman at the hyatt also told us that you could set up that taxis come & pick peopel up depending on how many peopel you have--thye have vans & it might be cheaper. Just a thought

The Hampton Inn in Farmingville doesn't do a shuttle anymore unless you have previously booked the hotel. I'm so dissappointed. We are using them for our wedding and couldn't get it. Even with FH working for their management company!!!!!
