Almost ready to book...

What are the good and bads about Chateau Le Mer and Swan Club? CLM is first choice.

Re: Almost ready to book...

Swan club has gardens in the back that look great in late fall, winter! CLM is on the water. SC approach is more romantic than CLM. North shore vs. south shore, depends on which you like! i am biased though!

Re: Almost ready to book...

I think for a November wedding the Swan Club would be better (but I am biased too!)

Re: Almost ready to book...

I am biased too, but for CLM. Lou and Nick are awesome, the food is delicious and the view is amazing. It's right on the water over looking the Great South Bay. Doesn't matter which room you choose, you get the view of the bay no matter what. I have also been there for a wedding before and loved every minute of it. FM if you want more info.

Re: Almost ready to book...

I would go with CLM, the food is amazing and the reviews on here are amazing. Nick is the amazing to work with. They are also reasonably priced for the amount of stuff they give you!

Re: Almost ready to book...

For a fall wedding the swan club. Both places are great though. If you were having a summer spring wedding I would definitely go with CLM.

Either way-it will be great!

Re: Almost ready to book...

I have heard excellent reviews about both places. So whatever you and FH decide on, you will be very happy with!

I have not been to an event at Swan club (although I heard was amazing), but I have been to CLM before and the food and service was excellent.

Good Luck and keep us posted with you decision.
