hows everyones excercise going today ladies?

well I was sore from doing it everyday this week, I skipped the shread tonight but I did my abs, a bunch of diff ab exercizes prob about 100 all together

I'm sitting here, so not well...wanted to try again, but I'm still so dizzy, I really don't want to chance anything and pass out in the basement and have it be hours before anyone finds me
