'almost the big day exercise thread' check-in 5/11

I THINK I'm getting better!!!! My congestion is much less severe, and my fever is down.

More importantly, I think my fish is getting better too I created a hospital tank for him, and changed his medication. This new one seems to be working. Hopefully, he'll be able to re-join his friend (and be released from the hospital ) by next week sometime....

Still no exercise, and limited appetite. I figure the 2 balance eachother out. I'm trying to keep all calories high in nutritional value, so I can fight off the cold.

How are you doing?

I am going to start my excerise routine tomorrow. I hope I am as motivated as I was before. Ankle doing better, but not 100% so will give it one more night and then back to butt kicken time.

well hacvent been to the gym since thurs, will get on tback on track tuesday, and hopefully we get back to my main goal, to lokk good at my wedding,

Dinner-not sure , making something

I was good again!!

I did weights and 25 minutes on the eliptical

breakfast - coffee and cottage cheese
lunch - tabuleh wheat salad with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and a little Feta in a WW whole wheat pita.....so yummy!!
snack - pear

bump for the evening dieters!

breakfast - coffee and a banana
went to the gym. weights & stairmaster.
lunch - salad
dinner - pork chop & rice
but i also walked the dog a few times to. and played with my 2 year old neice, thats exercise in itself!!!
