i just rebooked it myself because we didn't use a travel agent. if you went through an agent, they can help you to rebook. if not, you'll have to do it yourself.

Yup I rebooked myself as well and filed a claim w/my CC company.

My coworker was on aloha and booked through Cheap Tickets. They did not help her. They told her to file a claim with the CC.

how do you file a claim?? do u think we will get the $$ back? FH is going to flip out!!

I booked with American Express for my credit card and filed a claim.
