Aloha!!! I'm back from Hawaii!!!!!

Hello there!!! Just got back from Hawaii yesterday......we LOVED it!!! DH wasn't so thrilled w/ the flight (which is why he upgraded us to first class on our flight from Maui to LA on the way home!! but other than that, everything was perfect!!! I got the most sleep I've had in like 6 months!! Oh and on the way home we got selected for special screening by security! lovely, what better way to cap off a honeymoon than to get groped!!

At the airport in LA I ran into another 07er!!! Fallinlove91407 was on the same flight as us!! and then when we did the Pearl Harbor tour in Oahu Stephanie & her DH were on the tour with us!! it was too funny!! Stephanie- it was nice to see a familiar face....you & Nick make the cutest couple!!! hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Hawaii!!

And then Mike & I ran into jboota (Jaime) and her husband Rob.....my DH knew him from our neighborhood, so when he stands up at the Drums of the Pacific luau in Maui and starts yelling 'hey Rob'....I thought he was nuts......what are the odds that we'd go to the same exact luau!! Jaime- we had an awesome time downing mai tai's with you guys!!! Rob is hysterical!!!

It's great to be back guys!! I had a little PWD (post wedding depression) for a few days, but now its kind of nice to just be home and have nothing other than laundry to do!! but it really blows that I go back to work tomorrow!!

I'll post some pics of Hawaii as soon as I upload them!

I have to ask- do you think this picture came out weird??? my cousin showed it to me as soon as she took it- is that random or does anyone believe in spirits or something in the picture??? I'll just have to tell myself that that was my dad or something!!

welcome back & congats!! you looked beautiful!!!! Oh and as for the 'creepy' pic...i do beleive in spirits showing up in pics..as someone who does photography...and has had some weird lights show up as well...especially in a bunch of cemetary pics.. So think of it as good...not creepy!!

Welcome home! After we left you we went to San Fran and it was raining and cold for three days....oh well....
It was so nice to bump into you guys....too bad everything closes so early in Maui....we made our own fun though!!

aww, congrats and welcome back. you looked so beautiful on your wedding day. thats so funny with that one pic, Id def acknowledge it as a dad visit. everything in all the rest of your pics looks so beautiful. i bet it was a wonderful day! and the HM...how funny to see other LIWers. I wish we got to party with a few on ours!

yea I guess I just thought it was weird....but that's why I was trying to think of it as my dad showing up, since Monday the 24th was the 10th anniversary of his passing. thanks for your input, esp. since you take a lot of pictures, it helps me to think of it as a good thing!

thanks!! yea there's a few possible candidates- my dad, one of his grandparents or mine. too bad I couldn't know for sure who decided to drop into the picture! But maybe that's one way I can feel like my dad saw my wedding day!

Love the pix! And I totally believe in orbs in pix! They are all over my NY wedding pix! It's not creepy at all... your dad was with you on your wedding day!
