alone...

So, when I first started posting on this board I was having trouble with my roommate. She was one of my best friends for 10 years and things went downhill after a year of living together.

I'm alone...She moved out today. I knew it was coming...but it was such an awkward goodbye. We said goodbye like we'd never see each other again and it wasn't emotional at all. She was like, 'good luck with your wedding,' like she was planning on not being here for it. (Which is the first and only thing she's said to me about it...she never even asked to see the ring!!!) It felt very weird and I regret losing the friendship.........

IDK...just felt like sharing.......

I dislike when things like that happen...because ur right its so awkward...and it bothers me when they're like good luck with such and such...

a similar situation happened with me and the girl i was friends with was like good luck with the baby (I was pregnant) I was like what am I suppose to say to that

So sorry . Been there before and it wasn't fun. It was awkard...and it strained our friendship for years. But we did manage to move past it eventually. I hope the two of you can.
