Alone AGAIN tonight..

DH is working late again..anyone else alone?

home alone is no fun. reading kept me busy last weekend when DH was away. i was able to finish another awesome Jodi Piccault book.

Hey don't even worry my DH works night so just imagine I sleep by myself every night!

Mine does as well, but he has a rotating schedule so he has off on certain days (AHH the life of a wife of a police officer). However, I enjoy having the bed to myself..maybe I'm just crazy ... Then again he's worked midnights until 8am from the time we met, and I never had a problem with it. I'd rather he worked this shift than 8-4 and 4-12, then we would really never see eachother. At least now when I'm at work he's home sleeping and when I get home he's awake with me

OOH!!! I missed this post. DH was working the overnight. I am also the wife of a rotating shift man.

My DH has the same schedule and he is also a police officer. Where is he located?

Mine works horrible hours. Usually anywhere from 1 pm to 3 am. It s*cks cause I work 9-4. So, I am loney at night.

Another wife of a PO here!! Yup, mine is working Overtime as we speak. I'm soooo use to it by now. He is working nights the next 6 nights, heading to the book store tomorrow for a good book!

I work days and DH works nights, so we only see each other as he comes home @ 2am (and I barely wake up) and I'm leaving 6:45am (and he barely wakes up) and on his days off, all day Sunday and Monday evenings.

It *****, but I have gotten used to it, as this has been the 'routine' for about 3 years or so now.
