alright another dilemma

alright another dilemma

i posted awhile back about doing a combo bachelor/ette party with fh in atlantic city..still want to do it but 3 of his groomsmen and 2 of mine live out of state so they can't make it until 2 days before the wedding..fh wants to go 2 days before the wedding and i think at that point i'll be pulling my hair out..will i really be able to have my party in ac 2 days before the wedding?????? i'm not sure how to remedy it..no one can come the weekend before because they already need to take time off for the wedding and rd!!

I think it might be tough to go that close to the wedding but that is just my two cents. I want to make sure I am well rested for the big day!

Honestly, at that point, I would do something local and maybe try to plan a group trip to AC later on.

Too much going on. - You're going to just want to relax !! Esp if you FH and his friends are a rowdy crew, (which mine are !) you don't want anyone showing up w/ evidence of the bar fight on the wedding day you know ??

I wouldn't be comfortable doing it that close to the wedding. I know with the end of the school year near my wedding my bachelorette party will have to be at least a month before. I'll be crazy grading essays and doing last minute plans.

Personally, I think that is cutting it a little close. You are going to have last minute things to get done and really just relax with everyone. I agree with Christine, maybe plan something local to go out and do when everyone gets there to celebrate!!

i feel the same way all of you are thinking but how do i get it through FH's head!!!! he doesn't seem to understand how stressful that last week is probably going to be!!
