Good for you! I actually dragged myself to the gym the other day, but I sadly used the excuse of the bad weather not to venture out yesterday—today will be different!

you can do it. I started this week running. I not trying to lose weight bc im small just trying to tone up. Dont go to sleep. You will luv the results in the long run
