I'm working on mine now and not too sure how I want to lay it out.

And FH's mom is mostly paying for it, so I would like to somehow subtley mention she's 'hosting' it or something.

you can just put on the bottom 'hosted by Mr. and Mrs. so and so' or right on the top put 'Mr. and Mrs. so and so invite you to.....'
