Morning ladies i would like to know where you got your gown and how much the alteration charges are. also if you could rate there service on a scale of 1-5. 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. thanks a bunch.

Macy's in Manhassett. Flat alteration fee of $150 or $175. Can't remember the exact. Haven't had them done yet so can't rate them. But overall the service there so far has been great!

I got my dress at Leastan's in Brooklyn and it came out to $120- $150. Service has been great thus far.

Wedding Salon of Manhasset - Alterations - flat fee $295 and $125 for bustle.
Can't rate the service yet because the dress isn't in yet.

Im with Macy's Manhassett too.. 'Fay' $175 total fee regardless of alterations (not including bussel, but I have a detachable train so it wasnt a concern for me)

I got my dress at Charisol Bridal on Northern Blvd. (@ 160th St.) in Flushing. They do the alterations for free but the bustle is $50.

Paradise Bridal - alterations not to exceed $150...can't remember what the bustle will cost. Can't rate them on this yet b/c I haven't gone for alterations yet.
