Alteration Recommendation PLEASE!

I picked up my dress (in album) a couple of weeks ago and it fits perfectly (I was soooo surprised)! The only problem is my two girls upstairs are slightly on the deflated side (thanks to my Chinese background and you can definitely see it in the album). Can someone recommend a place that I can go to get 10 cups sewed in as well as the bustle pinned up? IT could be Rockland County - NY, Northern NJ or Long ISland.

Oh, the only reason I'm not going back to where I bought the dress was because I heard really scary stories about their seamstress almost 70% of the reviews.

I hear Phyllis is great (Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills, LI).

I have a great seamstress, but it's a more hole in the wall place. She's asian and has fixed all my clothes and dresses (at one time I went from a size 14/16 to an 8 and she fixed all my stuff!). She also did all the alterations on my best friend's wedding gown. AND her prices can't be beat.
