Alterations

....so I bought me dress at davids bridal but I have heard bad things about there alterations...did anyone have a good experience with them or can anyone recommend a place in suffolf county to get alterations done...also does anyone know whenyou should have your first trial?

I started a thread on this a while back and I got a lot of suggestions. I'll bump it if you want. Secondly, I'm going to go where my BM dresses are at Helen's Boutique if they're inexpensive, otherwise I'll go to Fantasia Bridal or one of the bridal suites in Centereach.

it's a website - gownfind.com - but phyllis does alterations out of northport...although there have been a bunch of posts that she is opening her own store this weekend...
