looking to start fittings this weekend, and had a question
Does anyone know anyone who used a tailor for alterations, rather than a bridal salon? My concern is I got my dress in FL, so there is no cap at the salons up here. There is a tailor not to far from me that says they do wedding dress alterations as a specialty, and was wondering if it was worth it to try it?

I was actually planning on bringing mine to another bridal salon and they had a cap on alterations even if I didn't buy it there. Check out other bridal salons, otherwise if the taylor specializes in wedding alterations then I would trust it.

My Daughter's Wedding in Great Neck is supposed to be really great. I am thinking of using them myself since Kleinfeld is a flat $600 that I am not paying!
