Alterations

I purchased my dress form DB and I haven't heard the best things about their alterations department, not to mention the last few times I had gone in their to make an appt. the woman did not really understand what I was asking, almost made me an appt for the wrong month and and didn't even have the month I needed in the calendar yet. I need to find a place ASAP to have my wedding dress altered as well as a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding at the end of June. I have lost a little bit of weight and now that dress is a smidge too big. ANyone know of someplace around Wantagh or North Babylon where I can get both dresses done, even if I didn't purchase them at that location?
