Alterations

Hey girls so i bought my wedding dress from Alexandra and they dont do alterations in house. They recommended AZ Elite Couture on Austin Street. has anyone every used them?

If you're in the same situation where are you going for alterations?

That is where I bought my wedding dress from. I was told that is who they use too...but they come into the store to do the alterations for the brides...not the BM. My BM are using their own places. I don't know much about the alterations place, but I was going to use them....since it seems that is their go to spot for alterations.

I am impatiently waiting to get the call that my dress is in!!!!! My girls dresses already came in

if az couture is the place on the second floor above oz boutique-you have nothing to worry about, she did an amazing job with my engagement party dress

Oh wait now I'm confused...the place that he used to have come into the store was a dry cleaner...maybe this is a different place which is why you need to go there now.

nope - both my dresses were samples and she took them no problem! she's awesome

Looks like it may be the same store...I just looked it up on yelp and it's an actual seamstress and not just a dry cleaner. So the place may be good to go to.

yes the place on the 2nd floor is not a dry cleaner, just an alterations place.

Manny's cleaners is the opposite direction on a corner.

Ahhh yes that does sound familiar. so he changed the place he is using then.

I'm dealing with the same dilemma....I got my dress from Alexandra and now I have to find somewhere to do alterations because Joseph is closing down for renovations (8/24-10/15)

Manny was supposed to come to Alexandra and do my fitting but that's not happening....Just what I needed, something else to stress about

He doesn't use manny anymore. He sends u down the block to ez cotoure. It's a small dress alterations place but seem to know their stuff. I took my dress there and a BM too. And my FMIL and FSIL will probably take theirs there too. Their pricing was pretty good too. Check em out.
