Alterations in Queens

My BM dresses are from Priscilla of Boston and they are charging $75 for a hem and 30 to have it taken in and then another 30 if you want to add cups. I think that is expensive. Is it?

And if anyone knows a seamstress in queens that does good work if you could please send me the info.

i used Eiffel in Whitestone. they are on 14th ave ,right off the cross island service rd.

i was a bm a few weeks ago and brough tmy dress there to be taken in bout 5 inches and hemmed. she did an amazing job.
