Alterations in Queens??

Does someone know of a good place to get alterations in queens?? I need to get my BM dress for V's wedding altered .... sooooo soon!!!!

There's this lady we used for hubby's mom in Astoria - she was realllly good, and quick. Wouldn't call her cheap, but she did an awesome job around the same what everyone else wanted.

'Tailor Shop' in AStoria - 3094 36th Street

Totally recommend her!!!

hmmmm .... DB was gonna charge me $50 for everything, which is just some hemming and a little taking in from the bust BUT DH forgot my shoes at home!!! do you think it'll be more than that???

Hm, I don't think it will be more than that. I THINK she charged us for hubby's mom like $50ish and that included making the dress shorter, adjusting the bust area and adding in some clips. It's worth giving her a call or visiting her She does all the work by herself in her shop which I thought was awesome.

EZ couture in Forest Hills on Austin...that is where I brought my dress and one of my BM dresses to since they don't do alterations in the boutique I bought it.

They charged my BM $50 to hem it, and take it in around her boob area.
