Alterations Question!!! Help!!!

Does anyone know of a reeeeally good seamstress that can alter the neckline of my dress to make it a sweatheart? My dress has alot of beadwork at the top and Im afraid it cant be done. !!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure one of the 08ers did that for her dress. I can't remember who though...I'd ask over there.
