Thank you to the wonderful bride who recommended gina and her girls at alterations unlimited in deeer park! What a beautiful job they did on my daughters sample pob dress! We went in there crying and came out smiling from ear to ear.. Ending up with a gorgeous one of a kind dazzler! The dress had been a huge challenge! but how wonderful it was to find these caring, talented seamstresses who made a miracle for us! Girls i can recommend this shop with no hesitation what so ever. So to answer the question inquiring minds want to know.. Josephine from p o b never had the courtesy of contacting me back! Which i find very rude! Esp after... through the process of the purchase... she promised shed make it great... And assured me not to stress!... and promised to take home all matching beads to our dress. After 3 unreturned messages left..i finally begged in a message for her to at least call me back to say if she couldnt do the dress. I heard nothing! Finally i knew i had to move on. Let me tell you i would never buy a sample again. It has been months of worry .. There was so much work to do on the dress . It needed to be shortened and the bottom is all beaded. It was too big .. It needed cups and a corset built into it because the dress is so heavy.. Finally we decided to put straps on it. It had multiple tears in the tulle. We had to have it repaired and restored and steam cleaned at orange restoration labs.. And so drove it to and from ct... It has been a long haul. We spoke to alterers who wouldnt take it on..and others who wanted to try but we werent sure we could trust them. All in all it has been stress! And expensive, But thanks to gina and her wonderful Turkish magician steamstress ..my new best friend!...all is good now! My daughter is happy and i can let God take care of josephine! Hahah .xoxo hope your jouney is easier than ours..but at least we all have gina ! Xoxo

Ok thanks for letting us know! My dress is really in good condition. A couple tiny tears to fix and a bustle to put on but other than that it just needs to be shortened. No crazy beading or anything. Glad to hear Gina is awesome! I may go to her just because she's closer and less of a drive!
