Does anyone know if there are any alternative place to go for gowns similar to Bridal Garden in NYC?
I called there today and they said they don't usually get sizes any larger than 12.
I'm wondering if there's a place that re-sells plus size gown at all in our area?
Sorry if this doesn't completely sound right, i'm half asleep

I went to Estelle's Dressy Dresses to look. They had maybe 30 or more in sizes 16,18 and 20 if that helps and they can order for you if the one you try on doesn't fit. HTH

i don't know if they 'resell' but Davids Bridal has a huge plus size selection and the prices are very reasonable ... just throwing it out there hth ..

I'm probably going to end up buying at Davids Bridal as much as it pains me. I have a few more places to look but the good thing about Bridal Garden is that its a charity organization and everything is donated. Plus they have all kinds of designer gowns there at reasonable prices.
I don't feel as guilty spending money on a dress if its for a good cause. Otherwise some greedy organization gets it.
