Alternative to Limos

Alternative to Limos

My fiance and I are looking for alternatives to limos. Someone suggested using actual trolleys. Does anyone know of a place to rent a trolley in Suffolk County. Also, someone suggested using antique car clubs. Has anyone had any experiences with or used either of these ideas? Thanks!

I have not had any personal experience, but I know a lot of people who have used the trolleys for their wedding party and loved them. Here is a #'s for you to check out-

How much does a trolley cost?

The trolley sounds like a really fun idea....can you share how much this option costs?
Thanks!

I've been playing phone tag with Classic for about two months - partly my fault, but I was never quoted a price from them. There is a company called Trolley's of Long Island located out in Riverhead - I need to look for the number. Since I'm getting married on July fourth weeekend and they have standing contracts they don't have a trolley for the date I need so I need to look elsewhere (figures) But they were VERY reasonably price - less than $500 for 3 hours.... Let me know if you want me to look for the number.

I''ve been in a few trolley''s for weddings - most do not hav AC because they are so open. I believe there are 2 diffent sizes -one fits @ 24 people, the other fits @ 30. This is the phone # of Trolleys of Long Island - 631-345-2503. This is the company that rents the trolley to the Tanger outlet - which is why I am unable to rent a trolley from them for my wedding on 7/5. Apparently EVERYBODY wants to shop that day so they reserve EVERY trolley from this company. Kind of stinks - I think I'm gonna boycott the outlets for that sole reason.... I'm still waiting to hear from Classic Limo - but if anyone finds another trolley in Suffolk please let me know. I think that pictures look really cool of the bridal party with the trolley. Also, it's a good way to have everyone traveling together - as long as the ride isn't too long.
