Alternatives to Flowers

I'm having a winter wedding and wondering if anyone has creative ideas for me.

I want to try and avoid using flowers for centerpieces - Can anyone think of anything warm and cozy for the tables?

candles?
candleabras?

- Candles
- Pointsettias (it's not quite like flowers)
- Nativity set as a CP
- Lighted miniature houses (christmas decorations) but big enough
- greenery/pine tree branches put together as a spray or wreath/ring sitting on the tables
- glass bowls with floating candles (you could add glass marbles in the bowl too)
