Alternatives to place cards?

If I don't do place cards, is there something else that I can do? Something that doesn't require a separate table? I am running out of room at my RH and it is more important to me to have the memorial table. TIA.

i've seen like, place card 'boards' where one large board shows everyone's name and table. if there's somewhere to prop it up, that might work. i'll look for some photos

probably not the best example, but something with all of the guests name on it might work that you can display somewhere - like

I am doing the table seating chart, they put it in a nice frame and then it's displayed on an easel by the entrance. I can't be bothered with place cards...lol

i've seen it listed in a nice frame. you'd still need someplace to put it though, although it may take up less room?

here are some pics of seating charts...some ppl put them on easels and some frame them and lay them out. you can put your monogram (if you have one) at the top.

I wish I thought of the board ahead of time....I would have definitely done it!

Thank you everyone for this great idea. I love the one with the board and menu combination. I can save on place cards and menus.

Where is everyone having their seating charts done? Are you using a website or is it a DIY?
