Alternatives to Traditional Bouquets

I am thinking about trying to use as little flowers as possible in my wedding. Nothing against them I am just not a big flowery person. I want to use flowers just not a lot. For example in my center peices I would like my candles in tall hurricanes and a low flower arrangements so that the candels stand out more. Bouquets I would like either a single flower or another small number of flowers to make a small boK, maybe a flower/feather mixture or no flowers at all. Is there a florist out there that can help me with my minimal floral vision??? To help further explain my style I would say its modern/NY city chic. I still love wow factor just don't want the same ol' same ol'... So again Florist suggestions Please???

for cp's there is also the option of branches

for bok, maybe doing a few calla lilies, ive seen it where they do the long stem ones, and goes with the modern chic look, just do a few of them

a small bok is called a nosegay, nowadays many use it for the mother of the bride and mother of the groom, i used nosegays for our mothers. But maybe you can do the same.
