Always an obstacle...

Always an obstacle...

Just wanted to vent...I feel like im enjoying the gym so much more now to my new goals and routine. I really wanna get there, work hard, and get the results. But i feel like there is ALWAYS something that comes up.

I try to average 4x a week but it seems impossible lately and then i get all depressed. Between snow, dr appts, bdays, tutorings, workshops for school, work on the weekends and class on weekends, its NUTS!!!!!!

Thanks for letting me vent

ps- Christine, I know youre prob hating me bc you never get to go and Im complaining right now and youre strangling me thru the computer

I totally know what you mean....for me I'll do really well one week (will work out 4-5 x), and then the next week I'll only get the opportunity to work out once, and then I feel awful about myself.

I just have to keep reminding myself that 'life happens' sometimes, and I just have to do my best to fit in my workouts

I know how you feel- sometimes I have to remind myself that making plans with freinds during the week- is as important as the gym

I felt so guilty for not going to the gym last night- I ran up and down the stairs in my building, did abs- jacking jacks-

meanwhile- my car is so awful in the snow- it was unsafe- but I still felt bad!
