Always Perfect Studio Photograpy---Scam?

So I got my gown and girls dresses at David's in Lake Grove. When I was waiting at the counter there was an entry box to win free photo and video for you're wedding so of course being on a tight budget I filled out the entry form and hoped for the best. To my surprise Rich from Always Perfect called me to let me know that of 81 entries my name was drawn second so I had won a complimentary 2 night stay at any Sheraton, Radisson or Rennisance hotel that I have 1 year to use and all I had to do was go down to the Lake Grove David's to pick it up. I was all excited and called him right back and made an appointment for my fiance and I to meet with him. In the mean time we had met with Wendi and Marconi Manor and pretty much had our minds made up that we were going to book the Silver package with them which included photo. When we arrived at our meeting with Rich and informed him that we already had a photographer he didn't want to give me the certificate b/c he then claimed that we had to sit for a presentation first. I suggested he go ahead with the presentation and he told me that he didn't want to waste his our time but would call the head office and tell them to mail out my certificate. (on the voicemail he left me he told me to come pick it up)
Low and behold and I have yet to receive this 'certificate' in the mail. I called Rich back Today and he didn't seem to remember me and told me that I could go to the Westbury location to pick them up or go to the showcase on the Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma at 7pm this Thursday.
Seems like this guy is full of empty promises and just trying to fill his appointment book.
I was wondering if any of you ladies are familiar with Rich or Always Perfect Studios. I feel like I'm being scammed here and you all have been so helpful in the past.

Thanks!
-Jessica
