OK, a few things happened over the holidays that irked my nerves, which maybe shouldn't have.... My cousin gets engaged, and is targeting May 2008 for his wedding.... ***??? This is supposed to be my time and my year, now someone gotta go stealing the spotlight, and my cheap a$$ relatives are gonna say ' Well we had to go to 2 weddings this year, thats why we couldn't give you a lot.' Grrrrrrr...... so mad. This may be due in part to my middle child syndrome as well as my bridezilla-itis. Then my friend gets engaged. So happy for her. Then she starts telling me about her ring, 2 1/2 freakin carats!!!! DAMN!!!! I felt the little green eyed monster squeezing my arm on that one! Another 2008 wedding.
Sorry just hadda vent. *** edited post for more venting.
Then my friend that told me she would be upset if I had my eparty at the GWM, cause she was gonna get married there, changed it to she would be honored if I had it there. After I went crazy looking for another place. And is booking CLM (which I like better), it's just the point.

Re: Am I a bridezilla?
I would get upset over the e-party then. VERY pissed off if someone said that to me. I would tell them to f-off and don't come. I don't like that at all.
As for the the engagement/getting married the same year I would be upset at first but then when you think about it really isn't a big deal. My cuz is getting married five months after me and i think its great. the family can be happy for both of us.
The ring thing i understand that. my rock is smaller then most people's e-ring but since i am not a ring person it doesn't bother me. But when i see a huge rock when they go oh lets see yours i kinda cringe a little bit because its not that i am embarrased its the look on the face that freaks me out of the person with the big rock. OH how cute! ahahahh
i do not thing your a bridezilla jjust have a normal reaction to things.
