I dont think you are really behind but I would get moving on the dresses! I ordered my dress in September and it wont be in until March! My FSIL got married in 5 months time and the sales people freaked out when she went dress shopping! It also cost her more for a rush shipment!!! Good Luck!

Get going young lady! Prioritize things. Your gown should be done ASAP!!! BM's gowns can take 3 months to come in then you need time to get them altered & get accessories. Florists get booked so I think that should be next on your list. In my opinion, those are the top 3 things you have to do.

I'd get moving on the dress ASAP. If you need a great invite person, call Rebecca from Favorite THings Invitations. She is a vendor on the board. I have heard that if you use the wedding florists they like you to book a while in advance. My sister used the Holbrook florist (our local florist who we've been using for years) and he only needed 3-5 weeks. I don't think the registry is a problem because who is going to buy you stuff now? I'd make sure it was done before you shower invites went out.

You're not really behind however I would advise to start looking for a dress. Some of these places take a couple of months for the dress to come in. Don't sweat about the florist, i too have not booked mine yet but will be doing so by next weekend.
The tuxes can be done a couple of months before the wedding. As for invitiations i just completed that last weekend- i suggest talking to Rebecca from Favorite Things (she's a vendor on this board). I went with custom made ones and she spent 2 hours with me just going over the different options i have. She also carrys all the books from the major invitation makers.
As for the bridesmaid dresses- i totally know the dilemna coz' my girls were just soooo picky but you guys should start looking as well.
and lastly, registry..... that can be finalized around 4 months before your wedding.
