Im starting to freak out a little ... Am I taking things too slow? My future hubby and I have booked our venue, church, signed up for pre-cana and took the FOCCUS. We also met with our priest who will be doing our ceremony in a private session since he is an old friend of the family.
We are just now looking into photographers/videographers. Im also FREAKING out about making the decision! We are looking into using who my sister, brother and cousin used for theirs. Im just scared - is that normal???

Don't worry about it, you still have plenty of time. When I first came onto this website I was stressed out too because it seems like so many of the girls have so much done. Do a little bit at a time!

yes i def think it is normal!! because times just goes and your like ahh its almost here! but u def have time to do things just dont stress and take your time and enjoy this and you'll be fine! were here to help

IT IS ABSOLUTLY NORMAL!!! you have to move at your own pace. Dont jump into anything. Do as much research as you possibly can and everything will fall into place!!!

Im getting married August 2010 and we didn't do PreCana yet. hahah you are FINE!!!!! Don't stress!!
Some girls are here do things way in advance. YOu are fine.
We will only engaged for 8 months in total, and I got all the big vendors done in time and got who I wanted. No stress. You're doing good!

you are really waaayy ahead of the game. I know women who planned their wedding in only 6 months and rushed everything...the fact that you already have your RH booked for 2011 - thats the biggest check!
You have nothing to stress about at this point, just keep track of your budget and dont be tempted to spend over that budget!!

I know how you feel but you have plenty of time! Like someone told me when I was freaking out, 'You can plan a wedding in 8 months' I had to take a break from planning to focus (and save money) for our new apt! Once thats done, planning begins again!!!!!
