Am I crazy....

I was in the fabric store today with my sister (for something totally NWR) and there were these 3 girls there looking for fabric, obviously for wedding purposes (She called the florist and was asking questions about the amount of fabric needed to wrap her bouquet stems).
Right away my ears perked up and I started listening to her conversation and wondering aloud to my sister, 'I wonder who her florist is? I wonder where her reception is? I wonder which photographer she is using? I wonder if she's on LIW?'

I totally wanted to go over and start a conversation like she was my BFF.

This happens to me almost every time I go to AC Moore, Joanns Michaels...etc.

Anyone else as nosy as I am?

PS-- Do you normally have to supply the fabric/ribbon to wrap bouquet stems?

i get the same way once i meet another bride!!

as far as wrapping the flowers goes, maybe shes just buying the flowers from the florist and making the bok's herself. as far as i know the florist does everything.

usually the florist will ask for left overs from the dresses to wrap the bouquets...unless you want to use a different fabric or color

I do the same thing anytime anyone even mentions a wedding....My first question is 'what reception hall'...then the list just goes from there....

As far as the fabric....usually you try to have your girls keep any fabric that might have been removed from their dresses when they're hemmed. OR sometimes the florist will be able to match the dress fabric... otherwise you have to supply it...

i'm so the same way. my ears totally perk up and if you ever hear me talking about my wedding in the aisles of ac moore or michaels....please interrupt!
