There is a DOC that was provided to us by my RH...well not really they tell you shes free but shes not..Ok so she emails me to check in and see if I need help with anything. So i let her know all my ideas and basically out of the 4, she can help me with the 3 of them by ordering it through her office (seating chart scroll, favors, and customized menus)...so I type up this really long email, and she responds in less than 2 minutes and says 'looks like these are all questions for your hall. Have a great weekend.' W T F? I am soo annoyed at this!!!! Why ask if you're not going to help and just brush me off?

she might not get your sarcasm.
unless you say 'thank you oh so much for your input, with you as my DOC I'm positive you'll make my day a day to remember'
but I think you should speak with her boss or someone and just say 'I asked her questions and she referred me to you... either she doesn't have the answers or she just doesn't care'.
that should light a fire under her butt.

Many times DOC GIVEN to you by your hall are really glorified bridal assistants and not really doc.

The coordinator at the hall I am getting married at was just like that... she was rude and a total *itch. Such a bad experience yet some people on here are using her as their DOC. I guess it is a personality clash.
